Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking number. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your package at any time.
Shipping Delays
Corevia is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, extreme weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at mycorevia.store@outlook.com and we will investigate immediately.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at mycorevia.store@outlook.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible including a replacement or full refund where applicable.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Corevia has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
