Our Guarantee
At Corevia we stand behind our products 100%. We offer a 60-day full satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Corevia belt, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund the following conditions must be met:
- Your request is submitted within 60 days of the delivery date
- The product has not been intentionally damaged or misused
- You contact us at mycorevia.store@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return
We do not require you to return the product in all cases. Contact us first and we will assess the best solution for your situation.
Refund Process
Once your refund request has been approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Please note that depending on your bank or card provider it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at mycorevia.store@outlook.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage and we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests submitted after the 60-day guarantee period
- Products that have been intentionally damaged or misused
- Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer
